  2. Copy of National ID or Birth-certificate
  3. Medical Report
  4. Travel medical insurance
  5. Police clearance
  6. Travel itinerary
  7. Proof of accommodation and admission letter from host university
  8. Confirmation of payment of school fees
  9. Sponsorship letter (if any). If using a sponsor, must also submit sponsor’s ID, 3 months’ salary pay-slips, 3 months’ bank statement with a minimum balance of $5,500USD or South African Rands equivalent (ZW $ not accepted) and proof of employment.
